On Tuesday I picked up my Volvo XC40 from Richard, while the car was in excellent condition, there were a couple of minor matters that Richard pointed out to me, and that minor points would be rectified on our agreed pickup date, which they were. Two hour round trip for me to Richards business, a worth while trip, no pressure sales pitch, the whole purchase experience was a pleasant one, I would not hesitate to recommend Alloa Road Motors to family and friends.

I would highly recommend Richard for his friendly manner and excellent customer service. When a fault occurred with a sensor on the car I purchased, he went out of his way to resolve the issue with minimum inconvenience to myself. The problem is now fixed and I have been very happy with my new car.

After some vigourous interrogating by telephone and email, we travelled from Yorkshire to view a Mercedes GLE. We found Richard to be very knowledgeable with a wealth of experience in the car trade. The car was exactly as described.. .perfect ! He also made sure it had a full Mercedes main dealer service immediately prior to our trip. It was a pleasure meeting Richard and after lots of serious questions and friendly banter, we purchased the car & drove back on the same day. Got our car a couple of days ago and couldn't be happier. Absolute gentleman to deal with , no hard sell or pushy sales jargon.
